The Trench Stirs

The Quara Predators of the Sunken Empire trench have been empowered by the fragment. They're larger, faster, and their teeth cut through armor like paper. Oracle of the Deep meets you at the trench entrance. "The fragment has accelerated the awakening," she says, her bioluminescent eyes dim with worry. "The thing in the trench - the Leviathan - it stirs. The fragment is feeding it. Clear the predators, and I can seal the trench temporarily. But we need that fragment."
