Wiki — Party System
Form parties to hunt together, share XP, and coordinate through a private party channel.
Creating & Joining
- Invite: Invite a nearby player to your party.
- Accept/Decline: The invited player can accept or decline the invitation.
- Leave: Leave the party at any time.
- Pass Leadership: The party leader can transfer leadership to another member.
Shared XP
- The party leader can toggle Shared XP on or off.
- When enabled, XP from kills is distributed among all party members within range.
- Each member's XP is modified by their own Animus Mastery bonus for the killed race.
- Marriage bonuses also apply independently per member.
Party Channel
Each party has a private chat channel automatically. Only party members can see and send messages in the party channel.
Party Positions
- Every party member's position is broadcast to the party about once per second.
- Members appear as dots on your minimap — split groups, escorts, and dungeon parties stay coordinated without typing coordinates.
- Positions follow members across floors, so you can tell when someone has gone up or down a level.
Spectating Party Members
- Right-click a party member in the battle list and choose Spectate to watch through their eyes — you see their viewport, not your own.
- Spectating is read-only: gameplay actions are blocked while you watch, and the target always sees who is watching them.
- See Spectating & Replays for full details.
Party Protection
- You cannot attack party members on PvP worlds (party member protection).
- The party leader can revoke a pending invite if needed.
