Elder Frostborn sends you to the last ear that still hears clearly: Shaman Veyra of the Tidecaller's Children. Her ancestors bound the Drowned King and laid the Seal of Binding on his tomb. Travel to Tidecaller's Reach and ask the spirits the question Kaelen dared not speak: if the Seal breaks wholly, what comes through?
