Harbormaster Eliza has noticed a pattern no honest captain would sail: crates leaving Port Tidesong with no manifest, marked only with a spiral sigil, bound for ships that never arrive. Survey the three suspect sites — the old smugglers' dock, the wreckers' cove, and the shrine by the sea gate — and find what the smugglers are really carrying.
