Innkeeper Tomas discovered the rats were fleeing from something in the cellar caves below. Poison spiders have taken over, and their queen is breeding rapidly. Descend into the cave, kill 8 poison spiders, find the spider queen egg, and burn it on the campfire to stop the infestation.
